Open Enrollment for your 2025 benefits begins Monday, October 14 and ends Friday, November 1. This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and select ones that provide the best coverage and value for you and your family.
2025 changes
The Getty works to offer a benefits program that meets the needs of our employees. During Open Enrollment, you have the opportunity to make changes that might better support your total well-being. Open Enrollment is also the time when you must elect the Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Saving Account, and Metlife Legal Plan for the upcoming calendar year. These benefits require re-enrollment every year and do not automatically carry over to the next year.

Your enrollment checklist
- Learn about your benefit options, paying special attention to the changes coming next year.
- Think about your coverage needs, including how much health care you anticipate needing and whether your current life and disability insurance provides enough protection.
- Make sure your dependent information is correct and all your dependents are still eligible.
- Update your FSA enrollment and HSA contribution amount.
- Review your beneficiaries — it’s a good idea to review your beneficiary information (especially if your personal circumstances have changed) and take this opportunity to make updates as needed.
- Complete your benefits enrollment by November 1.
